Rhonda Brown

Rhonda is the Chief Nursing Officer of OneCore Health. With more than 16 years of healthcare experience, Rhonda has served in a variety of nursing and clinical management positions with significant responsibilities in administrative, personnel, and training programs. Her experience ranges from intensive care nursing to the clinical management of perioperative care.

Through the confluence of high-quality, compassionate care, Rhonda’s career has been dedicated to ensuring the clinical staff are providing safe, unparalleled care for their patients. As part of that passion, Rhonda developed a program deemed by JCAHO as a best practice known as “Give Me Five,” which is designed to facilitate interprofessional collaboration and improve patient safety.

With a strong clinical background, Rhonda has successfully developed the framework in ensuring organizational success in the areas of employee engagement, employee retention and patient satisfaction. She has experience in driving results-oriented care processes that improve patients’ outcomes, stewarding the effective and efficient use of healthcare resources, and maintains the progressive knowledge of regulatory agency standards.

Rhonda received her bachelors degree in Science from Oklahoma City University. Rhonda is also a member of the American Nurses Association, Association of Perioperative Registered Nurses, American Society of PeriAnesthesia Nurses, and The Association for the Advancement of Medical Instrumentation.

As the Chief Nursing Officer of OneCore Health, Rhonda operationalizes all aspects of OneCore Health’s nursing initiatives.  Rhonda strives for clinical excellence in a patient-centered environment that culminates in continuous clinical improvement, high-quality care and an exceptional patient experience.
